The community is starting to sparkle for the season and you have two weekends to start decorating or enhance your display for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant.

The contest, sponsored by the Brookwood HOA, will be judged during an evening of the week of December 13th by Anna Hornstein, our property manager at First Coast. Our judge will be looking for creativity, color schemes, amount of lights, coordination of displays, overall appearance, animation and originality.

The winning homeowner will be announced by a news post on the HOA website the following day. Let’s make this a competition where we all have fun and make our neighborhood shine in the process!
