Now is the time to add any last minute enhancements to your outdoor displays because Brookwood’s holiday decorating contest will be judged at 7:30pm tomorrow evening (Monday, December 13). Sponsored by the Brookwood HOA, the contest gives homeowners a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant.

Our judge, First Coast property manager Anna Hornstein, will be looking for creativity, color schemes, amount of lights, coordination of displays, overall appearance, animation and originality.

The winning homeowner will be announced by a news post on the HOA website during the week. Let’s make this a competition where we all have fun and make our neighborhood shine in the process!
