Only one more weekend to decorate or enhance your holiday yard display for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to the Valley Smoke Restaurant.

The contest, sponsored by the Brookwood HOA, will be judged this coming Monday, December 21, by Anna Hornstein, our property manager at First Coast. Make sure your lights are turned on by 6pm. Our judge will be looking for creativity, color schemes, amount of lights, coordination of displays, overall appearance, animation and originality.

The winning homeowner will be announced by a news post on the HOA website the following day. Let’s make this a competition where we all have fun and make our neighborhood shine in the process!
