Brookwood’s July “Yard of the Month” award was won by Larry Hayes at 78 Wayfare Lane. His home was selected because of the beautiful green grass and bright flower plantings.

The award is sponsored by the Brookwood HOA and a sign is placed in the yard of the winner. Winners also receive a $25 gift certificate for a home improvement store. Keeping our yards looking nice strengthens our property investment.
