The yard of the month award has returned to Brookwood and the winners for June are David and Denise Spain at 357 Willow Ridge Dr. This home was selected because of the bright colorful assortment of plantings.

The award is sponsored by the Brookwood HOA and a sign is placed in the yard of the winner. Winners also receive a $25 gift certificate for a home improvement store. Keeping our yards looking nice strengthens our property investment.
