Brookwood’s June “Yard of the Month” award was won by Taylor Crosby and Chris Polanski at 166 Wayfare Lane. The award is sponsored by the Brookwood HOA and a sign is placed in the yard of the winner.

Winners also receive a $25 gift certificate for a home improvement store. Keeping our yards looking nice strengthens our property investment.
