Start cleaning out your garage and closets! This year’s Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, April 22 from 8am – noon. Your HOA board members will arrange for a notice to be placed on the Nocatee website.

Homeowners are welcome to hang balloons or temporary signage in their yards to let people know you are participating and open for business. Those with only a few items to sell may congregate at the open yard area by the park.  Bring your own tables.

Kelly Point and Cypress Trails will hold yard sales on the same day. Make sure to spread the word through your social networks to ensure maximum visibility.
