Homeowners are urged to attend this week’s HOA Board Meeting and Annual Meeting. The board meeting will begin at 6:30pm on Thursday in the Nocatee Room at Crosswater Hall. The Annual Meeting including elections will begin immediately afterward at 7pm. Links for agendas are below this post.
If you can’t attend the annual meeting, you can still vote by turning in the ballot and proxy you received to our management agency. Send it by email to [email protected], fax to (904) 242-0670 or mail to BCM Services, 920 Third Street, Suite B, Neptune Beach, FL 32266. Ballots and proxies must be returned to BCM Services by Wednesday, October 25, 2017. The proxy must be signed and dated in order to be valid.
