This year’s HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6 at the Nocatee Welcome Center’s second floor ballroom. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. A short meeting of the board will take place at 6:30pm with the annual meeting to follow at 7pm.

A mailing with more details should have arrived in homeowners’ mailboxes earlier this week. If you can’t attend this year’s meeting, please fill out and submit a proxy form so that a quorum can be obtained to conduct business.

A copy of the 2023 proposed operating budget with detailed budget assumptions is available here or can be found at the top of the Documents page of this website. The proposed budget reflects a $35 increase in the HOA fee from 2022.

This is a great opportunity to come out and meet your board members, Bill Fitzgerald, Ty Blake and James Hostetter. No vote for officers is required as there were only three candidates to fill the three positions.
