This year’s HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 7 at the Nocatee Welcome Center’s second floor ballroom. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

A mailing with more details should have arrived in homeowners’ mailboxes this week. If you can’t attend this year’s meeting, please fill out and submit a proxy form so that a quorum can be obtained to conduct any matters that may need a vote.

A copy of the 2022 proposed operating budget with detailed budget assumptions is available here or can be found at the top of the Documents page of this website. The proposed budget reflects no change in the HOA fee from 2021.
