Brookwood’s September “Yard of the Month” award was won by John Demopoulos at 338 Wayfare Lane. This award is the last one for this year, but the program is planned to begin again next spring.

The award is sponsored by the Brookwood HOA and a sign is placed in the yard of the winner. Winners also receive a $25 gift certificate for a home improvement store. Keeping our yards looking nice strengthens our property investment.
