Fall has arrived and between football games and holiday cheer, the parties are starting along with more on-street parking.

Please keep in mind that the streets in Brookwood are owned by the county and there are a few rules that need to be followed. Parking must:

• be facing the correct direction as the side of the street on which the vehicle is parked
• not block the flow of an emergency or near a fire hydrant
• not be at a stop sign or intersection

Also, when guests park in your driveway, please ask them to be mindful of keeping the sidewalk unblocked.
