Brookwood’s August “Yard of the Month” award was won by Raul Carrasco at 268 Willow Ridge Drive. This is the second time that his yard gets this designation since the award was started three years ago.

The Carrasco residence is beautifully landscaped with a stone border circling the plantings. The award is sponsored by the Brookwood HOA and a sign is placed in the yard of the winner. Winners also receive a $25 gift certificate for a home improvement store. Keeping our yards looking nice strengthens our property investment.

Next month will be the last month to win the award this year. The program is planned to begin again next spring.
