Watch for an email or letter that describes our upcoming election of HOA Board Members. If you desire to be a candidate for one of these three seats, make sure you complete the Candidate Profile Form and submit it by Sunday, October 9th, using one of the options listed on the bottom of the form. You can download and print the form by clicking on the image here or visiting the HOA website and clicking on the Docs & Forms tab.

During the week of October 10th, you will receive a ballot package including a proxy and summary of the candidate profiles received.  It is very important that you either vote in person at the Annual Meeting or by using the proxy.

The meeting will be held on Monday, October 24th at 7pm in the Nocatee Room at Crosswater Hall.
