Don’t forget the HOA Annual Meeting at 7pm Monday at Crosswater Hall. If you haven’t returned your ballot or proxy for the election of board members to the management company office, you must bring your ballot to the meeting for it to be counted.

Regardless of the number of candidates running, it is important that you vote. The HOA needs a quorum of 30% of the members (33 lots) for the meeting and vote to be official for an election of board members.
